From New Haven:

North on I-95 to Exit 65, Westbrook, left off exit and head North on Route 153 for approximately 4.5 miles through two full traffic lights. Immediately after crossing the railroad tracks take a hard right turn. CMTA is the second building on the left.

From New London:

South on I-95 to Route 9, Old Saybrook, and head North approximately 3.6 miles to Exit 3, Essex. Left turn off exit, North on Route 154 and left turn at light, South on Route 153. Approximately .24 miles, just before the railroad tracks, take a left. CMTA is the second building on the left.

From Hartford

South on I-91 to Route 9. South on Route 9 to exit 3, Essex. Straight off exit across Route 154 to next stop sign at Route 153. Right for .25 miles and left just before crossing the railroad tracks. CMTA is the second building on the left.
